How to convert iTunes songs to MP3 files - BoneSoundz

NOTE: This will only work if a song is not owned by apple. (Image is attached showing the song and owned by apple).

To determine this, go to albums on the left-hand side of the screen. Choose the cd you would like to change a song over to Mp3 file. Then, click on the three dots that appear on the right side of the song. Then choose File and then look at kind.

If you have bought a song or put a cd in, then the conversion steps below are what to follow for EACH INDIVIDUAL SONG you would like to put into the Bonesoundz.

If this still does not work, then the next solution would be to purchase a file converter (or search for a free one) that can convert mp4 files to mp3.

Here's a step-by-step process on how to convert your songs on iTunes to MP3 files.

> Open the iTunes app.

1. Click the Edit tab and click Preferences

2. Under General tab click Import Settings.

3. Under Import Settings, select MP3 Encoder.

Once you've changed your encoding settings, highlight the iTunes music you want to change to MP3.

4. Click OK

5. Click File tab

6. Under the File tab, Click Convert and Create MP3 version / Create New version.

You'll then have MP3 files you can transfer to your BoneSoundz.
