How Do I Put My Phone Inside the Headset?

If you face your Virtual Reality Headset towards yourself; with the colored part of the headset towards you, you should see a small black piece on the left-hand side of the headset that protrudes onto the colored plastic. That piece connects to the inlet that you would put your phone into. Tug on the black piece, and the whole inlet should easily slide out.

Does It Fit My Phone?

* The World Tech Elite will accommodate screen sizes from 4 to 6 inches. * This includes phones up to 6.5" tall and between 2.3 to 3.2 inches wide. * iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung Note 7 are compatible with the World Tech Elite.

Required App Download Prior to Use

1. Using an IOS or Android device, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the Google Cardboard app.

Bluetooth Controller & Bluetooth Pairing

* If controller is not responding, remove batteries and reinsert batteries. Then power on. If it is still not responding, replace batteries. * Low batteries can cause the directional stick to lose sensitivity or malfunction. Replace with fresh batteries if this occurs. * If the controller cannot be found while pairing, turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and back on. Restarting your phone and the controller may help. * If you try to change modes, the LED should light up if the unit is on.

Virtual Reality and Mouse Support for iPhone

* Android smart phones support both VR mode and the Mouse. * These are not supported by iPhone

What if My Phone Doesn't Have a Gyroscope? Can I Still Use It?

* The PavaPro360 and most Virtual Reality apps depend upon the gyroscope to determine movement. * Without the gyroscope, you will not be able to fully utilize the PavaPro360's capabilities. * However, you will be able to watch 3D and Virtual Reality videos in split screen mode. You just won't be able to look around.

Nothing on the Screen is Moving When I Move My Head?

* The World Tech Elite Headset requires that your phone have a gyroscope to detect rotation. * If your device does have a gyroscope, it may not be functioning properly.

Phones Verified to Work with Cardboard

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and this survey was taken approximately one year ago. This is not to say that all of these phones will fit into the VR headset, but rather that they work with Google Cardboard. In the event that your phone is not on this list, please check your manufacturer's website to see if the phone has an included Gyroscope. Can I Use My Headphones?

* The World Tech Elite allows access from both sides. * Charging ports and/or headphone jacks located on the top or bottom of the phone are fully accessible.

Feeling Nauseous or Dizzy?

The image on the screen reacts to your movement. To help it better match the rotational speed of your head, keep your hands on the device like using binoculars. This will cause you to rotate at your torso and will help prevent the nausea and/or dizziness.
