It is possible that the port on the iPad Air 2 may be too large for the Datalogixx. It may help to hold the Datalogixx in the iPad Air 2 and sort of push it to the left and there it should be recognized by the app
and ask permission. If backing up, make sure that you are in a comfortable position to hold it in place or have something you can use to support it while it is in the port. Besides this, the device will
work on the iPad.
