Here's a step-by-step guide on how to delete Files and Folders on the Clickfree device through the Clickfree App for iOS devices.
1. Plugin the Clickfree to your Phone.
2. There will be prompt messages, please Tap Allow then Permissions.
Wait for the Clickfree to Load.
3. Tap the VIEW BACKUP STORAGE.
4. For iOS devices like iPhones you'll have to go through the Default Folders before you can locate the Files.
Tap Backup Folder > Phone Backup > iPhone
6. Once you have located the Files and Folders you can then delete them.
- To Delete a Folder, Long press a folder then a white circle will show on the bottom right corner of each folder. Tap the Folder that you want to be deleted. Once selected, a Blue checkmark will show then Tap DELETE on the bottom part of your screen and Tap OK.
- To Delete a File(s), Long press a photo or video then a white circle will show on the bottom right corner of each photo/video. Tap the file that you want to be deleted. Once selected, a Blue checkmark will show then Tap DELETE on the bottom part of your screen and Tap OK.
