Steps to add Screen Record to your iPhone: with iPhones & iPads: IOS.

Tap Settings>>Control Center
Scroll down to Included Controls

*NOTE: If Screen Recording is listed under Included Controls, then you are all set. You can exit the Control Panel.

If Screen Record is not listed under Included Controls:
Scroll down to More Controls

Locate Screen Recording (icon that is a Red box with a circle outlining a white dot)

Tap the GREEN Plus sign in front of the line that reads Screen Recordings

Tap Settings at the top left to exit the menu after you have added it.

Once it is added, it will show up on your control center.
To see your control center, this is usually done by dragging your finger down from the right side, top of the screen. You should be able to see buttons (that were chosen by you) that are now in the control center. Screen record is the button that looks like a target. You can turn it on and off using the control center or you can turn it off anytime at the top right corner part of your screen.
